Third Party Management Third Party Management is Publicus acting on behalf of our client to manage third parties when IT related issues arise. This allows you as our client to call Publicus, report a problem and we will take ownership and responsibility for managing it through to resolution. For example, a client of ours recently had their website go down. Instead of them calling the hosting company directly, Publicus took full responsibility for getting the website back up and running. Since there were several technical issues, we ended up organising to move the website to a different host, worked with the web design company to get a copy of the website, and got the site back up. We kept the client up to speed at all times until the situation was resolved. Without Third Party Management, the client would have had to resolve the issue themselves. We are much more suited to managing these types of issues because of our experience and technical background. |
