OpenERP offers a set of editions that bundle OpenERP with commercial maintenance and services. These editions provide you the guarantees you need to run OpenERP in a professional environment. These editions are second level maintenance contracts. For a first level support contract, you should contact an OpenERP certified partner.
OpenERP editions (community or not) are not differentiated on functionalities. All editions are based on exactly the same code, software and documentation. The differences between the 3 editions is only related to the service level agreement and the guarantees your requirements.
