A year ago we decided that we had to replace our e-commerce system. As is often the case, this was not because the systems no longer met our requirements, but because we could no longer get adequate support, nor could we get timely enhancements from our existing supplier.

Our Open ERP system is up and running and is being used by our operations staff as well as our customers.
